Planning Appeals for England and Wales are dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate and depending on the nature of the appeal can either be submitted on line or by post.
It is critical that should you decide to make an appeal that:-
- You have an established right to make the appeal.
- Your appeal is based on sound planning grounds with clearly verifiable documentation.
