Once you have obtained Planning Approval & completed the Building Regulations house plans submission drawings & documents they can be used to send out to building contractors for pricing – we normally recommend that they are sent out to a minimum of 3 builders for competitive tendering and we have a list of reliable builders for different types of project whom we can recommend. You can send out these drawings yourself or we can do it on your behalf for which we prepare a brief Schedule of Works to be submitted with the tender drawings and documents.
At Construction stage, dependent on the type of project, it may be necessary to prepare further detail house plans drawings for specialist construction details, lighting & heating, etc – this is usually relevant to larger projects. We do not undertake the supervision of building works but can visit site at your request to see that the project is generally being built in accordance with our design & drawings.
